How long will it take to receive my order?

We want our customers to receive their order as soon as possible. Please allow for up to 2 days in handling time to prepare purchased items. Shipping time may vary. You may contact rubysglitznglamboutique@gmail.com if you have any questions about delivery time.

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 5 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 4 weeks.

How do I care for Jewelry Pieces?

Rubys GlitznGlam Boutique is usually made with genuine crystals, leather, precious stones and the finest materials available. Any color variation or slight deficiencies are due to the handmade nature of our pieces.
It's easy to care for your pieces and keep them with their orginal sparking color and shining brilliantly. Just follow the following steps..

Do not wet the pieces. Always remove your pieces when washing hands, swimming, showering, etc. Moisture dulls the orginal color and causes crystals and stones to become loose. Avoid spraying hairsprays, perfumes, or applying lotion, cleansers, or any other body products on or near the jewelry to prevent tarnish and dulling.

After wear, clean your jewelry with a polishing cloth and put away. To prevent tarnish, it is wise to seal them in a plastic ziplock bag when you store them (make sure to remove as much air as possible when sealing the bag), exposure to air (and the chemicals within it) is what tarnishes any jewelry, including real genuine gold and sterling silver.
